Description: A bill to amend part D of title IV of the Social Security Act to make it clear that the existing authority to collect past-due child support from Federal tax refunds (under section 464 of that Act), to the extent that such support remains unpaid when the child involved reaches the age of majority, may be exercised after the child reaches that age.
